Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification or invalidation of these terms and conditions or arising therefrom or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth under the rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration (“the Rules”) of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, by arbitrators appointed in compliance with the Rules. The place of Arbitration shall be Dubai. Any Arbitration proceedings shall govern by the rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, DIFC Courts, the Dubai International Financial Centre.
